How it's structured
Clean boundaries make great work.
3-Month Minimum
Retainers require a minimum 3-month commitment. After that, adjust, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 14 days notice before your next billing cycle.
Monthly Flexibility
Once your initial 3 months are complete, adjust your tier monthly based on what's coming up. Just give me a heads-up 2 weeks before your next invoice.
Use It or Lose It
Your monthly hours are reserved for you and don't roll over. I'll check in mid-month to help you make the most of what's included.
Overage Policy
If we're approaching your monthly limit I'll notify you in advance. Additional time is billed at your discounted retainer rate with your approval.
